  I would not even give you a 1 star! You kept my dog for two weeks 3200.00, knowing he was not going to make it even ask if he was yall's dog what would you do, y'all would never reply. You said he could go home after you ran a test on him, the next day when we ask about the test, You supposedly had an emergency, the next day when we ask again you had an emergency. Well my dog was an emergency too! 4 days you kept coming up with excuses as to why you hadn't done the test. When I bought him back for follow up, I called before I made it to air terminal dr. and told y'all not to do anything to him until you sent an itemized statement of what you were going to do and how much. When I came to pick him up after telling you not to do anything to him your uncompationate greeter told me I owed 15 for a bath when I reminded her I called her and told her not to do anything to him she said we gave him a bath. She was very inconsiderate and unconpassionate. Then I get a bill for 15.00. She needs to pay the groomer because she knew I called and told her don't do anything. She took it upon herself to have this done let her pay! By the way Dewey passed away last night. Thanks for nothing
