  I am on my wifes account. This is Joey Seale. Dr. Madden is very professional. His office worked me in this morning. Helped me a great deal. I appreciate the convenience. The staff are all very friendly and personable.

  I came to see Dr. Madden for anxiety and tension from the anxiety. My first appt was at 10 am. Was told to get there at 9:30. Arrived at 9:20, the receptionist took my info, told me that the dr couldn't see me bc my license was expired. So panic attack #1 comes on.. they can visibly see that I'm having an attack but do nothing aside from turning me away. I was able to get my license renewed and come back in later In the afternoon. The wait was average for a dr office. However it felt Like an eternity since I had a panic attack earlier that day. So upon Dr. Madden coming into the room, I immediately start having another attack.. but it's slowly developing because I'm trying to calm my self down. We go back for an X-ray then I go back in the room. Wait about 10 mins or so... he precribes my rx for the anxiety. Previously i have told Him that I've tried medicines similar to the one he was prescribing and they don't work. So he tells me, "it's up to you to take it, I can't make you take it." Ok I understand that. A lot Of my issues Are genetic and I know that said RX will not work. I ask how he thinks this rx will help me when the others that are just like it don't. The only answer he gives me, "There are plenty of studies done that make this effective I can't make You take it. Have a nice day." No emotion. No compassion And definitely no bedside/tableside manners. Do not go to this doctor at all. He doesn't listens to his patients, or at least me at the time. I went to him off a recommendation and I do NOT reccomemd coming here for anything at all. I should also add that when I was asking questions about why he thought the RX was best for me, he got very defensive. As in, I was questioning his knowledge and superiority. I simply wanted more in depth answers and he was not able to provide that. Bottom line do not go here for anything. The only reason this office and Dr. has one star is bc it wouldn't allow me to post without it. So really and truly no star at all. Not even half a star in my book.
