- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪(1 Star)Since this office has been changed to Downtown Dental from ( Mobile Bay Dental) I would not recommend anyone. I called in to see If I could come in because I was experiencing some pain in my tooth, and I was told by the front desk person that "they were not taking any more patients today" I then asked what do I need to do about my tooth ache she then told me that "You might need to call another Dentist I have never in the history of going to (MY) Dentist being told to go to another Doctor without suggesting that I may try and take something over the counter! This has absolutely no reflection on the Doctor himself but the unprofessional staff at the front desk made me look further for a more friendly and professional staff. Being a healthcare provider myself, I was very disappointed in the unprofessional first line of contact. Thanks but no thanks I will find a more professional and friendly atmosphere.August 06, 2017by belinda dulaney
