  I have been seeing Dr. Lenoir, and find him very nice and competent. I got my treatment plan and a few fillings before getting a root canal done elsewhere and the Dr. Lenoir fitted a temporary crown - it was perfect! However, I have experienced some pain from the permanent crown that did not fit perfectly and that chipped the tooth next to it, and hesitated several months before returning due to losing two fillings to chewing gum and needing them replaced as well as a check-up on one of my front teeth that has developed a crack along a previous rebuilding line. I hope for more and better results as we progress on my treatment plan. * I got a lower partial plate in February that seems to need refitting or remaking, due to being lower on the left than right, and painfully rubbing on the lower left gum. The teeth on the lower left front are more exposed, and the ones on the lower right are covered up almost halfway. The pain is so bad that I am forced to remove it frequently and feel as if the inside goes almost too far down, curving under the jawbone and putting on too much pressure where there are still natural teeth in place.

  I'm not sure about their ability to perform dental work because I couldn't get past the smug receptionist. I'm not special, but I am a human, and a simple smile or thank you probably would have prevented this bad review. From the first phone call until the time I politely left the office I was treated with zero respect. It was obvious she had zero desire to earn my business. I'm paying a significant amount more to be treated well. #benice
