- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have never been disappointed in any experience I've had here. The doctors understand everything I came to them about. I've been going for a while now and it's the best doctor's office for anyone on Medicare or Medicaid. The copay isn't a lot. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've waited up to an hour and a half just to speak to someone over the phone about my prescriptions. It's impossible to call and talk to someone there without it taking over an hour out of your day. They say to give them a 24 hour advance notice when you need your prescriptions refilled yet it takes them over a week to have them signed off to fill. I've went through 4 different doctors in the past 2 years and that bothers me because when I get comfortable with a doctor, they leave.
